The Broadview Hotel Toronto has policies covering arrival, departure, age requirements, children, pets, smoking, parking, deposits and cancellations. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, while check-out is by 11:00 AM. The minimum check-in age is 19, and photo identification plus a credit card are required at arrival. Children of all ages are welcome, with guests aged 13 and above treated as adults. Cots can be requested for children aged two and under, while extra beds are not available. Pets are permitted. The property is entirely non-smoking. A refundable damage deposit is required at arrival, and cancellation conditions vary according to the selected room and rate.
- Check-In
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Guests must present photo identification and a credit card. The minimum age for check-in is 19.
- Check-Out
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests needing luggage storage can leave bags with the front desk before check-in or after departure.
- Children and Cots
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 13 and above are treated as adults. A cot can be requested for children aged two and under, subject to availability and the selected room. Extra beds are not available.
- Pets
Pets are allowed at The Broadview Hotel, subject to the applicable property conditions. Pet-friendly rooms are available.

- Parking
Self-parking is available behind the hotel, but spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. An alternative public parking lot is located across Broadview Avenue.
- Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is collected at arrival by credit card. The deposit is returned after departure, subject to the property's inspection process.
- Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by accommodation type and rate. The conditions attached to the selected reservation determine the applicable cancellation terms.
- Accessibility
The historic building has some accessibility limitations, particularly in certain guest-suite bathrooms and narrower passages. The Rooftop and Bistro are accessible, and an accessible washroom is available on the lower level via elevator.
